I believe they have better options. Pricey $42 including 20% tip. Service was quick, the nice lady kept on asking if I need something and timely updating on my orders. Thats why I am giving 4 stars not 3. Cleanliness it was really clean. I didn 't use washrooms, so no comment on that. There was no waiting.
Had a nice late lunch here and we were immediately seated. Ordered the Korean fried chicken, 4 cheese pasta, Thai salad n omelette. Everything was good and enjoyable. We finished of with a red velvet cheesecake to share. It was really delicious.
Great experience! We had a party of 6, so it took approximately 90 minutes to get a table on a Saturday afternoon. Once we were seated, we had a wonderful server (her name was Courtney . I recommend the fried mac-cheese with the Marinara on the side. Soooo good! Pictures are attached to show what we ordered today. I preferred my hubby's Caramel Pecan Turtle Cheesecake over the Reece's (which is saying something since Reece's is my fave ???? . You can never go wrong with the Fresh Strawberry (the original with said topping .
We went for a family birthday dinner at 7pm on Sunday. Service was very slow. I understand staffing issues at this time and do not want this to be a negative review. Just honest. We had reservations and were seated about 15 min after, which is completely acceptable, no issues there. It took about half an hour to get the one alcohol involved drink, vodka cranberry, so not a complicated cocktail. So I feel like that was alot of time and probably would have been faster to go to the bar. Our meals took about an hour. A little over an hour for 2 out of the 4 meals as they came out separately. We ordered dessert to go since it was getting late. The cheesecake came in a decent amount of time. But the milkshake took about 20 min. Everything tasted good. The bathrooms were clean, the decor is grand and interesting. It is loud, I think due to the acoustics of a large space with high ceilings and no sound buffer or absorbtion through fabric or material of any kind. The staff was polite, but I can really only speak to the host and waiter. Wait service did leave room for improvement. But it was not bad. If you are going, just plan for a couple hours to be safe, this would not be a location I would choose prior to an event where timeliness is important.
Brought a friend here for the first time and we wanted the crab dip, but they were out of crab so we settled for the traditional spinach dip. It was good but didn?t come out piping hot. My friend tried the meatloaf which was delish and I had a burger which was good as well. We did order cheesecakes to go since we were too full to eat them there. Can?t go there without getting cheesecake.
