Taco Bell - Charlotte

I've been stopping by this place for breakfast on the go for the last two months, and I've consistently had a great experience with the morning staff. They deliver service with a smile, even during the busiest times. The manager has assembled an amazing team, and Patricia always welcomes me with a friendly smile. Everyone on the crew is courteous and makes me feel like family. This has truly become my favorite breakfast spot. Keep up the fantastic customer service! I apologize for not writing this review sooner.

I often place orders from this restaurant, and although there are occasional issues, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, even when it's busy. I hardly ever face long waits at the drive-thru. Lately, I've needed to pull forward for delayed pickups at the window, but the team has been very nice, and the wait hasn't been excessive. The food is satisfactory, typically around a 3 out of 5 for freshness and quality.

I absolutely love Taco Bell! The food is consistently great, and I've never encountered any problems with my orders, even when I decide to try something different.

I had another letdown at this restaurant. I ordered a $5 takeout box with extra pico de gallo and avocado, but when I got home, I discovered they were missing from my nachos. I had to make the trip back to resolve the issue, only to find that my food was cold by the time I arrived. I shared my frustration with the manager, who assured me that they would remake my order. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well, and I ended up having to eat my cold food at home once again. Overall, it was just a really frustrating experience.

You made my Mexican pizza with such attention to detail. I truly miss that delicious dish!
