The barista Natalie was amazing. She was the sweetest and made my drink great! She is the nicest barista I have ever met at any starbucks. You can tell she enjoys her job and tale pride in it. I saw her ask each customer how their day was and she genuinely meant it. View all feedback.
What Emily Lambert doesn't like about Starbucks:
Ordered my favorite drink, that I purchase almost daily at another location downtown, and the employee argued with me on how it was made. After I showed him the app, showing the correct way, he continued to argue stating he was going to be contacting corporate to let them know their app was wrong. He was very rude. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a problem with this location, and will not be returning. View all feedback.
Every time I go there, it feels like they're out of something I want. I guess that's to be expected from a coffee shop inside a grocery store. The staff has been okay, but lately, they seem a bit indifferent during my visits.
My experience at the restaurant was quite disappointing. The barista, who had a star sticker on her face, was extremely slow, leading to a backup in the line. It felt like she wasn’t putting in any effort and didn’t care about the customers. The London Fog drink we ordered was mostly just milk and foam, with very little flavor. When we requested straws, she told us they didn’t have any and didn’t even take the time to check the cabinets. Excuse me, but if you work at Starbucks, shouldn’t you be able to find some straws?
Natalie, the barista, was amazing! She was incredibly kind and crafted my drink to perfection. Without a doubt, she's the friendliest barista I've ever met at any Starbucks. It's evident that she loves her work and takes great pride in her craft. I noticed her taking the time to ask each customer about their day, and she truly cared about their answers.
This Starbucks definitely needs some improvements. It seems that neither the staff nor the manager has proper training. Every time I've placed an order here, something has been wrong. The employees seem to prioritize chatting with each other over helping customers in line. I had to wait 25 minutes for two coffees and a sandwich. I enjoy Starbucks as much as anyone, but I won't be returning to this location again.
I ordered my favorite drink, which I usually get almost every day from another downtown spot. However, the employee argued with me about how it should be made. After I showed him the app that displayed the correct preparation method, he insisted he would reach out to corporate to complain that the app was incorrect. He was quite rude during our exchange. This isn’t the first issue I’ve encountered at this location, and I won’t be coming back.
