Saladworks - Charlotte

Very clean place , all salad 8tems are really fresh and tasty , the second you step in you feel welcomed , my salad was prepared by Jeanne the manager of the store and when I say I don't want bacon in it she immediately ask what replacement you want unlike other stores when you say no bacon that is it no bacon. Great atmosphere simple and most important CLEAN, FRESH and QUALITY. Beside it is fairly priced. Thank you Saladworks and thank you Jeanne.

I will never make the mistake of going to a Saladworks again. The salads are already over priced but getting charged .99 cents extra each for a spoonful of croutons and onions without being informed it?s extra until getting charged for them left me absolutely irate. If I?m going to spend $13 on lunch it will definitely not be on a mediocre salad. The cashier did not apologize or make any effort to correct this, hence the review I?m leaving. The quality of the food itself is decent but 99 cents extra for non-special toppings is ridiculous.

As soon as you walk in, the displays of colors is amazing! Everyone was cheerful and assisted in the menu options. I opted for custom grain salad. So delicious. Ill definitely be back!

Today was our first visit to Saladworks, and it won't be our last! The food is fresh, flavor-filled, healthy, with bountiful portions, and is well priced. We ordered a salad, and a wrap, any salad can be made into a wrap. The staff is friendly and informative. We took out, but the atmosphere to eat in looked clean and welcoming. If you haven't gone yet, go!

Amazing customer service! I 100% recommend Salad Works and there food never disappoints. I come here everyday, and their service is amazing, food is trustworthy, and just truly amazing people! Jeanne is super kind, and sweet and always takes care of me! : The food is always make efficiently as well.
