Had the pleasure, a private party here and the food was exceptional and authentic. The service was fast and everyone was pleasant. I was told that the dishes I had to experience were made specifically for the event and were not found in their daily menu. I will definitely be back to try more of their food. View all feedback.
What Sherrie D doesn't like about Saigon Palace:
My husband and I have been eating at Saigon Palace for several years always have been very happy until getting take out Pho Gai. When unpacked very thing I noticed very little chicken meat. In fact after weighing it there was only 2oz of very small pieces. I love Pho and there is a lot of competition in Charlotte that give a lot more meat. Next time I will have to rethink my options. This is an excellent Vietnamese restaurant! The staff is consistently friendly, and whenever I place a pickup order, my food is usually ready in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend it!
The pho here is delicious and reasonably priced, but I found the fortune cookies to be quite negative. I would rather skip the fortune cookie altogether than read an odd message that affects the overall experience. It certainly took away from the enjoyment!

I've ordered takeout from Saigon several times, but this was my 1st time going there and dining in. Nice spot, and even nicer staff. We ordered a seafood pho which I've had before, but this one had egg noodles instead of rice noodles. I prefer the rice noodles. We also had the sesame chicken with fried rice, and beef with broccoli and fried rice. Everything was good. We also had spring rolls as an appetizer but I forgot to take a picture.
Consistently excellent dining experience. I go every chance I get when I'm in the area.
