Location consistently shorts/misses items in orders, especially delivery. Had a heart to heart talk with the manager today about why they can't manage to get delivery orders out the door correctly. She blamed it all on staffing. This is not a staffing issue. This is a not following process issue. It takes less than 30 seconds to cross check a receipt with a bag. 10/10 experience! service was fantastic fast. all that I loved with eating and general experience ate
Good eating on the tacos! quesbirria was good at just serving too small for the price. had a chaos on what I ordered vs. but still I would go back

Over 30 minutes passed the promised time is what it took to get my food at lunch today.I walked in I asked for my online order and I was told to give them a few more minutes. After 15 minutes past the promise time I said something and asked where my order was because it was so late. The girls in there acted confused like they didn't have my order. We pulled it up and they found it and reprinted the kitchen ticket. I waited another 15 minutes for my food. Barely received and I'm sorry for the wait. I'm sorry but if you mess up and lose someone's order and make them wait over 30 minutes for it then a manager should come out and take care of the issue. That is just ridiculous.Once getting back to my office after everything, the orders are wrong and I was up charged for things I did not receive in my order.
