Ruby Tuesday - Charlotte
Ruby Tuesday
Description
Ruby Tuesday offers a consistently welcoming atmosphere with friendly, attentive staff that elevates the dining experience. Guests praise perfectly cooked dishes—especially steaks, seafood, and pasta—paired with fresh salad bars and warm, freshly baked biscuits. While some find the restaurant’s theme less appealing and note occasional inconsistencies with younger waitstaff, the overall service remains accommodating and attentive. Portions are generous, and flavorful options like chicken bites and flavored teas add to the enjoyment. Although slightly pricier than expected for the quality, many diners consider Ruby Tuesday a reliable choice for delicious meals and warm hospitality.

I recently had one of the best experiences at a chain restaurant in a while. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the nicely cooked steak I ordered. In my opinion, this restaurant is better than Outback. The service was attentive and the salad bar was decent. I do wish they still served the pumpernickel bread with honey butter, but that was a long time ago. Nevertheless, this is a fantastic spot for a delicious meal and excellent service.
Great experience! My waiter was very very good, actually refreshing having someone decent for once. The salad bar was great, everything taste fresh, biscuits were hot out the oven. I recommend the appetizer chicken bites, they are delicious. Overall happy with my dining experience!
The flavored tea was delicious. Our server was also the bartender. The younger wait staff appeared disorganized. The food was average and lacked any standout flavors. The restaurant is a bit overpriced considering the quality and service. However, Diana was very friendly and accommodating towards us. I hope this review is helpful!
I love this restaurant in every way. My wife and I visit every other weekend and we have always had a positive experience. Every dish I have tried (steak, shrimp, ribs, lobster, etc.) has been cooked perfectly and tasted delicious since I started dining at Ruby Tuesday. The service is also excellent, especially from our waiter Derrick who is friendly and attentive. The only downside for me is that the theme of the restaurant isn't my favorite, which is why I have given it 4 stars.
Seated in an area by the bar since the bartender was our server as well. Group next to us was loud and somewhat rude so we were moved with no hesitation. The food was great as well as the portion size for my wife and I. I had the jambalaya pasta and she had chicken and broccoli pasta.
