I'll start from the top complimenting the stellar service at PHQ. The staff is polite and helpful. The atmosphere is clean with the standard Asian storefront dining decor with carryout options. The food was made fresh to order, and that was a plus. However, my broad noodles were overcooked and mushy. The vegetables in my stir fry were not as crunchy, prepared al dente as I like or is expected at Asian/Vietnamese restaurants. The cold vegetable spring rolls were perfect, though. Best pho in charlotte. My girlfriend enjoys it too. If you're looking for some authentic pho, then this is the place to get some real beef bone broth and not the fake water tasting pho.

I ordered the $7.99 spring roll to go. I don’t like the peanut sauce it comes with, so I ask for a little hoisin and shirachi sauce instead. Sadly enough, they did not want to accommodate. Instead, they didn’t want my business. I even offered to get a little sauce from the tables and instead they offer me a refund: So sad!!! I won’t be going back there again and will tell all my friends as well. Posting on social media and will post a review on every outlet!!

Been three times and each time the service got worse and worse. This last time we sat there for over 10mins with no one coming by to even get a drink order. Tried twice to get someone's attention just to be ignored, so we left and won't be returning.

Hands down BEST pho in town! We’ve tried many many places around Charlotte and this is the most consistent, authentic, and delicious pho. It’s very casual, pretty much a hole in the wall but the food is unmatched. Go here!!
