The food was authentic and delicious! The service was a little slow and we waited a hole for our food. We were told, however, that there was a new cook and therefore things were secured. Total good experience! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Persis Biryani Indian Grill North Charlotte:
Goat pepper fry is more like shredded goat meat pepper fry with charges of black pepper, onions and no salt at all. Look at the picture I wrote. I had also ordered kadai chicken. It doesn't taste good. The gravity base is the worst thing I've ever tried. Unfortunately, there are no good authentic Indian restaurants in North Charlotte. View all feedback.
Im basing this review for a take out order. Food was really good. Wait time was a little long but manageable.
Oh my goodness! Just had some of The MOST delicious Indian cuisine I've ever tasted. I ordered the Chicken Marsala and the Navrathan Korma and man oh man.... Simply Amazing! Thanks so much you guys. I've been frequenting Persis on and off for years and never got around to leaving a review but you guys ALWAYS give us top notch and extra tasty dishes and I can appreciate that as a foodie. Oh and they are always so nice and cordial every time I visit and even when they deliver! You guys rock! Thanks so much! Sorry I forgot to take pics, I ate it too fast
We did a take out from this place after hearing so much about the Biryani here. We ordered it on a way there and the order was ready on time(45 min). We tried their samosa chaat, paneer biryani and chilli garlic egg fried rice. The quantity ,price and taste are on point. The samosa chaat had the right amount of spices and tasty. Paneer biryani was flavourful and filling. My husband tried the chilly garlic egg fried rice, in his opinion it wasn't the best he has had but okay. Overall the food is great and I'd definitely go back to try other things on the menu!

The food is okay, just a short tip when you order Biryani, make sure you tell them to cook the meat properly, I went there like 4 times the most meat was not well cooked. The order takes a ton of time that could be because they might cook fresh, but not everyone has patience like me, waiting for their order for 40 minutes. Also make sure to check the order with your waiter or another waiter because they are great to take it wrong, and you do not want to wait 40 minutes and just some of the items from the menu. Anyway, I thought I ordered Biryani, so maybe it could take more time to cook, but along with that I ordered starters and fresh lime soda that also came with Biryani, so Yaa has to work on it.
