Panera Bread - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Normally I don’t leave reviews, but this was bad. When I walked in, no employees were visible. Ordered at the kiosk, but it didn’t want to take my card. Again, no employee. After I got it to work, I waited until my name was called. Go to pick up my food, no employee. They had my bagel on the counter, but no coffee cup. I just want to give a huge shout out to the team at Panera in Cotswold for being so kind and thoughtful to my daughter last week. We purchased a smoothie and shortly after we left she dropped most of it on the sidewalk. With her in tears, we walked back to grab another straw and salvage what was remaining.
