Oh, what a disappointment. I've visited this restaurant a few times a week over the past six months, and I've noticed some serious issues. There’s usually just one person taking orders and assisting customers while six others behind the cash register completely ignore the growing line. I visited this restaurant for their famous bread bowl, as it is well-known for its bread. The sourdough bread was delicious. I can't wait to try something else on my next visit!
I visit this restaurant frequently and have consistently noticed that they don't keep their tables clean and ready for incoming guests. Today, we even had to request an employee to come and clean our table! All the tables were covered in crumbs from previous diners. They need to improve their cleanliness, especially in the South Park area!
The salad was mediocre, primarily consisting of lettuce. It could have benefitted from more variety and additional dressing. I also had to wait a long time just for a salad.
This location was so clean!! The service was very good. The drink dispensers were filled and drinks were cold. The atmosphere was amazing.
Would have ranked all 5 stars but they're only giving 4 star service and food
