What MikeV doesn't like about Napa On Providence:
My friend and I enjoyed soup and split a little Gem Caesar salad. The soup was beautifully presented but had no real flavor. The salad was not little gem lettuce and was something you would expect at a chain restaurant. I was disappointed because I have enjoyed Napa for years and this did not taste up to their standards. Vile, rude, and hopelessly inept service across the board. Server's demeanor would be out of place even at Denny's. The digital bill is just a tool to allow servers to fleece customers for any dollar amount dictated by whim.
Great dining experience. And Alicia was an engaging and very informative server.
Chris was phenomenal from the moment we were seated. The food was exceptional for everyone at our table.
