Mcdonald's - Charlotte

This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to! The morning staff is consistently wonderful, and the food and drinks are always spot on, especially the iced coffee and hash browns. I've been working in Charlotte for eight months, and every visit here has been a great experience.

I really enjoy McDonald's Big Macs, so I tend to visit every couple of weeks. During my latest visit, they got my Big Mac order right, which made me very happy! It seems like customer service for retailers is gradually improving.

My meal was fresh and served hot. I really enjoyed the freshly ground beef on the quarter pounder. I'm a fan of this location!

This place is great like a commercial if you come during the day. The food is always excellent and you receive smiles to the point that you looking around for the tv cameras..lol. the staff makes eye contact with you and directly speaks to you andthanks you during the duration of your interaction. The speed is almost equivalent to Chick-fil-A. However, come evening shiftis a different story baby. You see all the shuckin and jivin and wrong orders being given to customers in the Drive-Thru and thelack of attention to the business at hand. Why you in the Drive-Thru waiting for your order you see all the idle chatter, butas soon as they hand your order, there's nothing to say in regards to thank you or anything like that. They abruptly hand youthe order, as if in a rush to return to their shuckin and jivin. I'm still giving for stars four day shift performance andonly taking one star away as a result of The Twilight Zone that occurs in the evening.

The workers at the location are great!! Especially the am crew, the older employees are quick and accurate with your order. I wish they had the same crew at dinner then they do in the a.m. The a.m.crew is very friendly and efficient. I mention their agebecause they have experience and they care. You always know when the a.m. crew isn?t working because the lines are long andthey?re not as friendly. If it?s not the a.m. crew working, or the lunch crew, you get a bunch of zombies when you pull up toorder!
