Mcdonald's - Charlotte

As someone who only eats fast food 2-3 times a year this was quite possibly one of the best McDonald experiences I have ever had. Drive though staff were unbelievably polite and friendly. Food was super hot and fresh and coffee was perfect!

By far the best McDonald's i have ever been to. From being greeted over the speaker to getting my food and driving away was not even 2 minutes. Everyone was nice and seemed cheerful.

This is one of my worst experiences in McDonalds in ALL MY LIFE! ? at first I thought the irate customer before me was out of line… NOW I UNDERSTAND! Thomas the manager along with his associate so much talking LITERALLY OVER THE FOOD AS THEY PACKED BAGS and ignored the building crowd. The discussed low staff along with unprofessional personal details… Being short staffed is understandable but they used so much energy talking THEY MOVED SLOWLY…. Uniforms were dirty and and sloppy….. they stood by as completed food alarms rang. They were so mentally detached from their environment it was weird…. One bag slowly at a time. Approximately 35 minutes and Thomas had the nerve to scream “use the kiosk” when I asked about a cashier after ten minutes….. Somebody needs to retrain the MANAGEMENT TEAM ON DUTY ON THIS NIGHT….

Order doordash from McDonald's. Then it came hot as hell. It actually was better than when I went to the store. Self involved it. Love it what? How I recommend it.Vegetarian options: They have something for everyone and everyone's eating habits!Kid friendliness: Take my son there! It's an excellent place for kids to go eat. They offer many healthy options for kids as well as for adults and seniors alike of all ages ....plus in many locations there's a place for them to play. Which as parents we all know is great. It keeps them busy while having fun while waiting on their food. Which as parents imsure we can all more than appreciate ! Extremely fast service with a super close and very fast conveniently close location! You can even order oline/phone in advance that way ya foods ready in advance and hot for pickup the min u arrive ...couldn't be any more convenient and an efficient way to eat if ya happen to be in a hurry! OVERALL AAAAAAA+.

I had an excellent experience at McDonald's. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and fast, efficient service. The restaurant was clean and well-lit, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food I ordered, including a juicy burger and crispy fries, exceeded my expectations in taste and quality. Additionally, the staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Overall, my visit to McDonald's was a satisfying experience, and I enjoyed a delicious meal in a pleasant environment.
