McDonald's - Charlotte

They told me they were closed until 11 when it was 9:30 and were very rude about it. This location is supposed to be open 24 hours a day i feel the workers just took it upon themselves to start telling people its closed for a little bit. They also have 0 manners whatsoever but you cant expect too much coming from a mcdonalds honestly

It is a typical McDonalds, same menu as everywhere, Drive through line went quick even though there were many cars using. They follow the Covid policies in the drive through. Those that take your credit card have masks and gloves on. Same with those that give you your food. Inside dining is closed. No issues

The staff is great. But this location seems to be using biscuits that are not standard- so thin and hard. McDonald biscuits are thick , soft and flaky. Here we get thin and hard. There are not like the original thick biscuits we have known. Are they giving just half the side biscuit and splitting it up?

Omg I clearly asked what I wanted her to give me the WRONG things. Besides, it was sloppy.. plus pommes were tipped in the bag, although they were replaced.

I leave two stars because I have my lunch. The staff was very rude. Dining room was listed open, another guest came in and probably the manager fell two bags of food on the counter and said here ya go. Following by asking the cashier how the newly entered guest came in. That the lobby was nearby (it was listed open). I don't care how hungry I am...
