Mcdonald's - Charlotte

This greedy franchise had canceled the sausage McMuffin, and now sells a sausage egg McMuffin with egg removed for $3, while still the 2 for $2 pure sausage McMuffin on the menu. Fraud, and a demolition. Have tried to pay contactless twice, the employees said they didn't do that in this place. Not recommended!

This one is supposed to be open 24 hours. I went last night, and they had a sign saying they were closed on that date from 9 P.M. 5 A.M. Ok. I went back tonight, waited, and there was just....no service. I double checked their hours on the door yep, 24 hours. An employee standing outside told me they close at 3 A.M. I told him it would be nice if they put up a sign, and he told me, Everybody knows. ....Clearly not?

Service has definitely been careless. Unfortunately, not just this particulare one.. Maybe it's the era, maybe because of the pandemic ..just never forget that our money is the very reason their business stands. My kids still enjoy their food as I believe every child does and moving forward we will look for a replacement stop. Across the board.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean dining room, got my order right the first time, no long wait, even though it was right in the middle of lunch time. Highly recommend!

Eating here is great, the service is polite and fast. and beyond that they have every single part of our order, it was a $50 order with five separate people eating and she got every last detail right. there is nothing more frustrating than coming back to the drive for something that should have been there in the first time. to the staff here, thank you for keeping the good work. are you very much appreciated?
