I ordered a sandwich about a week ago and the sandwich I got was not exactly what I ordered. Mentioned this in the post service evaluation and the manager reached almost immediately told me that I could come back and have made it new. That was a week later, and I told them I only ate what I got, because I didn't want to mess and hungry and they still replaced him. Customer service goes so far into my book. Well earne... What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
I love McCallister?s, but the location on Mallard Creek is getting quite ridiculous. I wouldn?t feed this lettuce to my dog. They barely put any lettuce on my chicken ceasar salad and this is what they give me. Soggy, brown/black Romaine that is clearly rotting. I never leave reviews, but this is like the third time in a row I?ve gotten a subpar meal. View all feedback.
First and last time here!! Fries looked undercooked, tenders were overcooked and burnt. I was better off going to Dairy Queen for half of the price. Only had two tenders the other two were burnt. Very disappointed .
The gyro meat was burnt to a crisp and inedible, but the wings were perfect.
This place is AWFUL. I wouldn?t recommend their food to a household pet. Simply terrible in all aspects, preparation, ingredients, quality, taste. Do not waste your money.

My family frequents this chain often. Went in today to pick up early dinner. WATCH what they are charging you. I ordered two 15 piece combos and a 6 piece combo. Menus says $17.99 for the 15 pc combos, and $9.99 for the 6pc. Before I paid, I noticed I was being charged $19.49 for the 15pc, and $10.99 for the 6pc. I brought it to the cashiers attention. All he said was he doesn't make the menu. I advised that is false advertising. You have to charge the prices shown, not whatever you choose. Said no owner or mgr was available. He ended up giving me a $1.95- discount. I paid and went about my business, but it didn't sit well with me. I understand prices are going up everywhere, but at least update the menu if you're going to do that. I should have gotten a $4.00- discount. Do better.
