I’ve been a devout Libretto’s customer since I moved here in 2011 and tonight was the first time in 10 years where the pizza was not a perfect New York style pie.So their track record is impeccable…to only have not produced an excellent pie ONCE out of 10 years and I easily get 25 pizza’s a year from them.When I called down to the store tonight the manager immediately apologized and offered me a new one to be cooked... I'm sorry to say that the junior's section at this restaurant is currently not up to par. I have visited four times recently, and while the first visit went smoothly and the food was good, the subsequent visits were disappointing. On my second visit, I received the wrong sandwich in my order. The third visit had a 30-minute delay in receiving my food without any communication, and on the fourth visit, my food was 20... The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The Pastrami sandwich at this restaurant in Charlotte is the best I've ever had!
Librettos offers genuine New York style pizza for all to enjoy! The owner, Mike, puts love into everything, evident in the delicious dishes served at the restaurant. It is clear that he genuinely cares about satisfying his customers and providing a top-notch dining experience.
The server was excellent! The ambiance was pleasant. The food was delicious and flavorful. I will definitely come back again.

While the menu shows promise, the restaurant's execution is lacking at the moment. Hopefully, they can make improvements in the future.
The food was delicious, but I was disappointed when the bartender brought me an almost empty bottle of ketchup. There was only a quarter inch left in the bottle. When I asked for another bottle, she said they were out of stock. I pointed out the nearby Harris Teeter supermarket and mentioned they could easily get more, but she blamed the holiday from the day before. The salt shaker was also dirty. Despite these issues, the most important thing was that I enjoyed the food.
