Kfc - Charlotte

The customer service at this location has greatly improved! Keep up the good work. I really was shocked at the actual greeting and suggestive selling at the drive thru window! I shall return for more orders soon!

I went to this KFC location thinking it was the place I made my mobile order from. I found out that I placed my mobile order at a location in Albemarle, NC. The manager, seeing how disappointed I was, talked to the folks at the location in Albemarle and cancelled my order there, and he fulfilled my order so that I didn't have to drive all the way to Albemarle. He was great! So was the food. I plan to visit the location on Albemarle Rd in Charlotte from now on, and get my KFC fix there. Thanks to all!

The gentleman that worked there was great. Probably the best service I had at a KFC in forever

Worst KFC ever! Three times there and for the first time I was told at Drive-Thru that they were out of the chicken... completely ridiculous! The second time I went there, no one ever bothered to answer me after I had waited for almost 10 minutes on the car thru, and worse than they weren't even busy... The third time I finally got service was the 8 pieces chicken bucket I received dry, seemingly during the day, left over chickens, that ended up the worst diarrhea 36 hours later (the time it takes for digestion)! So don't waste your time going there, even once, you will definitely regret it. Very bad administration and obviously also very dirty!

I came to order food at 10:08 in the drive thru and the 2 ladies were very rude and evil all, because we spoke loud, so here we can thru the microphone it sounded very distorted when she asked our order, then she started screaming and with foul language!!! This is very inextricable, I was with the children as soon as we move back into the window, she started with her attitude and not only her, but the other lady began to be rude to my husband and my self, I can't believe that the manager was there, didn't say anything! He was there and didn't control his employees!! Very unprofessional that my gentlemen and 2 ladies must be fired rreally or better! Is for people like this that your company lose customers
