Contribute Feedback What Amy Lee likes about Ink N Ivy:
Post tax season jaunt to Charlotte and we headed straight from the airport to the Ink and Ivy. The environment is very hip and looking forward to coming back to see the nightlife scene. They have a great patio as well as plenty of indoor seating surrounded by a wall of of TVs tuned to all sports so you won’t miss any big moments. As far as food goes, we went all in on the bevies and complimented that with fried foods... View all feedback.
What Demarcus Hegmann doesn't like about Ink N Ivy:

Fantastic dining establishment featuring a delightful atmosphere and exceptional staff. The servers are incredibly attentive and friendly.
So ink n ivy is a decent bad with decent specials but nothing too out is the box. Depending on what day you go the daily specials could work in your favor though. I got a burger, something quick that would fix my hunger. It was pretty decent. The staff had me sit for a few before I got addressed (and it was a pretty empty bar), That was my biggest gripe. If you're doing customer service, you really can't ignore the customers for too long before they go to notice... especially because they're sitting at the bar.
Read like good dinner choice but the house salad was so heavy with cheddar cheese that we couldn't find the actual lettuce. The chicken dinner was plentiful was without seasoning. The roasted Brussels could have used some balsamic drizzle or something. We used the ginger dressing to add the flavor and seasoning to the dinner. We ate inside since this review is in August so the deck was too warm but inside was really loud. Sorry but this is not a recommended.
Bella our server was amazing! Absolutely the best service. Drinks were on point and delicious Food was great, burger and fries delightfulThanks Bella
JT... very rude! We asked for the 1st available seating... we were seated outside. I don 't mind sitting outside, however, I do mind being seated in the direct sunlight with no air circulation or shading. We asked to be moved to another open table that was directly in front of a fan. The waitress said she 'd have to ask her manager. She returned stating that he said no because the it may be was reserved for a larger party. We then asked to be moved to a table that was being cleaned that accommodated 2 persons. She wAlked over and asked the manager JT whom was standing a few feet away. He came to the table and said we asked to be seated outside he could not control the sun. I corrected him stating that we wanted to be seated 1st available and it was my request not to be seated in the direct sun. This jerk proceeded to tell me that if we wanted to be reseated we needed to sign up on the waitlist again go to the bottom of the list. Mind you, we 'd already waited 20 mins to be seated in the sun. I asked why said that is just the way it is he was the manager. We continued to say the same things over over. I was appalled I am a customer spending my money this is the way I am to be treated?? I told him he can be dismissed if he had nothing new to say. He refused to l leave the table.. and kept running his mouth. I felt as if he was trying to make me lose my cool so he could get security involved. I finally ask him if he would please stop talking leave the table. It was crowded because Beyoncé was performing in Charlotte but that was no way to treat me or any other customer. We stayed but I 'm telling you.. my blood was boiling. I will never patronize that establishment again! JT needs some serious in service on etiquette and ethics. You should never argue with a customer!
