Best customer service from a Chinese restaurant. The lady, Tanya in the front is bubbly and nice to everyone. The food pricing is incredibly reasonable and it?s a very busy place with many customers coming in and out. Definitely worth every penny View all feedback.
What David Bichai doesn't like about Ho Ho Cherry House:
Tried it twice incase they had a bad day the first time around. Both times were really flavorless and underwhelming food. Second time I ordered they forgot part of the meal and the part that was delivered was falsely advertised and tasteless.Wouldn?t recommend ???????? View all feedback.

Me and my coworkers and family have been coming here for years. It is one of the best Chinese places in Charlotte. Keep up the good work! Not sure why there?s other negative reviews but I haven?t had a bad experience in all the years I?ve been cominghere.

The lady at the front who helped us was so sweet and cheerful! She was truly the best part of our experience! I ordered orange chicken, beef Lo mein, crab rangoons, and wonton soup and I ended up only eating the soup and the rangoons because the chickenwas almost inedible and the beef Lo mein made me physically ill after a bite (full on nausea and stomach issues just fiveminutes after eating a try bite so it was definitely the Lo mein. Has definitely cured my want for takeout for a while becausethis food was so terrible and expensive ????????
Cheap small portions. Spent 48 bucks on soggy lo mein and sweet and sour chicken with no meat just skinny little breaded pieces with no meat in it. General tsos chicken tasted like burnt oil and was dry. The lo mein was soggy and over cooked.
