Five Guys - Charlotte

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the energy as soon as you walk in is infectious. As a customer service worker, I am amazed at the level of energy the staff have, it's truly remarkable.

I have to say that the young man named T.K was fantastic. He greeted me with a positive attitude as soon as I walked in the door and was incredibly respectful. He was professional and served with a smile. Other cashiers at different places could definitely learn a thing or two from him. My food was hot and delicious! Overall, my experience was a 5-star rating!

When we travel, we always seek out Five Guys for a meal with five people. The food quality is excellent and the portions are generous. The fries are consistently fresh, hot, and tasty. The only downside during this particular visit was that there weren't enough toppings like there usually are. Despite this small issue, we still had a great meal at Five Guys and will definitely continue to seek them out during our travels. Kudos to the hardworking staff - give them a try if you're in the mood for a delicious burger!

We absolutely love the fries at this restaurant; they are consistently hot and fresh!

I tried the salted caramel bacon milkshake. It had a good flavor, but there was hardly any bacon in it and the milkshake was not thick. I was very disappointed. The fries I ordered were well done and cooked perfectly. However, when I got home, I didn't feel like going back to the restaurant.
