Firehouse Subs South Blvd. - Charlotte

The maid was terrible, she played with her help all the time she took the order. She didn't greet me, just not friendly. I didn't ask a sosse on my sandwich that I had to say it twice, but of course the sose was on the sandwich. it was when I came home, it was too far to go back. only will not be returned to this special.

This is by far the worst Firehouse I’ve ever been to! Talk about the hood. I ordered the BLT and the bacon was colder than their fridge. The tomatoes looked like apple slices because they weren’t ripe yet. To be honest you need to fire every person there. Because they clearly hate their job! I hope that place burns down!!

The restaurant is typically busy, and their speed can be hit or miss. However, today was particularly frustrating. I waited 45 minutes for my meal, even though I felt I should have been served by then. I observed other customers arriving, placing their orders, and leaving while I was still sitting there. It felt very unfair, especially since it seemed like others were being served faster than I was. This level of service is unacceptable.

This place has the worst customer service. I walked up to the counter to order, asked the lady how she was doing. Immediately she asked What do you want? Place was exceptionally dirty and not stocked with napkins anywhere or chips for the meals. Will not be returning.Food: 3/5

Worst customer service!! We went in and there was 6 or 7 people waiting on their orders. We were second in line,the lady at the register kept talking to the other workers and then it took her 10 minutes to take the order of the people in front of us. All this time and not one order was ready for any of the other customers who had been waiting. When she finally got to us we ordered and then was told they had only wheat bread left. This was at least 3 hours before they close and was also the last straw. We walked out and will NEVER go back!!
