Firebirds Wood Fired Grill - Charlotte

I'm trying new eateries in Charlotte. Firebird has a nice atmosphere, and it was not busy. The waitress was not very friendly but she did her job. I ordered a medium-well burger with fries and the Ahi Tuna appetizer. The tuna was sliced thicker than I have usually experienced, but it was ok. The burger had good flavor but was past well done and charred on part of it. I don't like the charred flavor, but I did not want to send it back for time reason. The experience was not the greatest, and I am not sure if I will return. If I do, I'll try something else.

Delicious everything, only one side included with each dish though , but it were great all of our food 100% recommended

This place is consistently good. I have had bad service here, but by and large the food and service are very good. The Chocolate and Lemon cakes are the best. I am a fan of the ranch rings. Love their au gratin potatoes

You MUST come to Firebirds Southpark to enjoy the ambiance of this great restaurant with the BEST bartender in Southpark…Diva. She never forgets a face…or what you would like to drink. Warm, friendly, and should be considered for Bartender of Year Award!!! Cheers. She’s definitely

My wife and I came here for dinner. We made a reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival. We tried the cheesesteak egg roles and they were a miss. It was an interesting attempt. My wife had the tomahawk pork chop which she said was very good. I had the wings with fries. The wings were not cleaned well and the ranch they have is a garlic ranch. So overall my meal was not the best, but my wife did enjoy hers.
