I’m really frustrated with the constant power outages at my home! Since I work from home, these interruptions are causing me to lose money.

After numerous phone calls and a lot of frustration, Duke finally acknowledged their error and confirmed the refund amount. However, three months later, I still haven't received the promised refund check, and customer service has no information on when I might get my money back. Interacting with them has been a nightmare that won't be resolved until I receive my refund. The majority of the representatives are unaware of how to help and will keep you on hold for a long time, while supervisors are unresponsive to customer concerns.

I just called to disconnect my service since I've moved and the phone representative, Quineka, made it a breeze! I have zero complaints with Duke Energy, actually they were very communicative and cost effective!
Been a customer 20 years got behind during pandemic. Paid 180 added to current bills, caught up on last installment, was a little later calling in they cut off power in called as soon as my wife's called me 10 minutes or so I paid them. 1 he later they cut at back on and slammed me with a deposit of $488.00 plus my regular bill. Great people! When they pass away they will have to screw them in they ground because they are so crooked.
