Demontray!! That’s his name, and I really hope Dunkin’ gives this young man the recognition he deserves. He works incredibly hard and makes customers feel valued. His warm personality truly brightened our day. This Dunkin’ location is quite clean and is conveniently located next to Midtown Park, making it a great spot to grab a coffee on a lovely day. It’s perfect for a quick snack when you need one.

I absolutely love this place! During the months I lived in uptown, just a minute away, I came here multiple times a week. My favorite drink was the Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher, and I really enjoyed the popping bubbles—until they unfortunately removed them.

Quick and welcoming service! Every employee I interacted with was fantastic. Anna, my cashier, was especially helpful when I had questions about the iced coffees and lattes. She was very kind and attentive. I visit this place regularly—about three times a week, mostly on the weekends. Even though it's a busy spot, I typically get what I need and am on my way within just a few minutes.

I generally enjoy Dunkin', but how is it possible to order a LARGE latte and have it filled only halfway? This is not acceptable.

Dunkin Donuts always has a wonderful donut and a great little breakfast treat. And this location also has a variety of great options. However they had started a self checkout and I find it to be a lot of trouble, but I can tell that our economy has hit them and they only had one person running both the window and the counter that I could see. So I guess self-checking yourself saves them one employee, and let's face it sometimes you get people that can't make a decision and it takes a lot longer than if they are forced to make a decision on a machine. The place look clean but the service really needs to improve. I must say that the girl who was behind the counter even though she was solo she was cheerful and pleasant.
