the food was slightly warm, the sons were not delivered until I was finished eating, had to ask for each filling. server never checked for us that we had to flag them down and ask for something we needed. server regularly passed our table and she refused to ask if we needed something. even to pay for the bill, we had to find them to get the ****. server stacia View all feedback.

When my cousins and I got here the waitress was rude to us. She cut us off. After she took our orders we wait for a good 20 minutes to even get our drinks. In the middle of waiting for our food the only cook that was there left. We ended up waiting for over an hour for the other cook to get back after walking out. We finally got our food cold, uncooked and not fresh. The fries were stuck together like someone microwave old fries, 2 of the stakes that we wanted medium rare, ended up being barely cooked, the broccoli was cold. The waitress didn't come check on us during anytime of this. While we were waiting for the check the waitress was too busy on her phone, so we went up to the desk to pay, and even then we waited over 15 mins. Overall please go to i-hop or waffle house to save you the trouble.
Incredibly nice and attentive staff, despite personal lack! I am not often in the opposite, but next time I am and meet denny’s, I will go to this!
Had a long drive ahead of me and went looking for a place to eat before heading off to Louisville Ky. Was surprised to find a 24 hour Denny's. Dedrick and his team have a very clean store, and Tracy, my waitress was just as friendly as he was. Enjoyed my good and my visit! I would surely stop my next time through. Thank you Folks!
This place is typical Denny's under the pandemic. The staff was limited but are working their butts off. I haven't seen the owner there since the pandemic. Maybe they just don't care but their employees do. Hint: Maybe reward them for loyalty at the age of switching jobs. Seeing the owner once in a while, can boost morale and give the customer confidence that you do care about the business you own and run. I would have given it a 2 but your employees that day with only two in the building a cook and the waitress added the extra star. Just because the choices are limited in that area, I could have driven to the Mid-Night dinner or took a trip to Concord. So Mr. Owner. Please give your staff the better pay and be there for the customers. Also your game machine on the right is rigged. The items are tightly packed. Thanks..
