So happy to have found these amazing Peruvian sauces!Both the Sabancaya and Misti Uchu are soooo good! The Delgado's Fuego are incredibly nice people I am happy to support a family and small business!
Delgado’s is fire! Love that sweet heat with chips, with my entrees, or really on anything that could use a little heat. The owners are muy guapo too.
Their Peruvian hot sauce is amazing! The rocoto pepper has such a great flavor and spice. They make a green sauce as well. Handmade by the Delgado father/son team.
Absolutely great hot sauce. It’s awesome seeing someone have so much passion behind their product and it be as fantastic as the personality behind it.Highly recommend Delgados Fuego!
