This is my go to ribs place when I visit Charlotte. The crispy ribs are a MUST! I'm never disappointed by the food here. The ribs are cooked well and not too overly seasoned. The space is located in a great spot, so you can choose to eat either indoors or outdoors. I usually eat here at least 2-3 times when I'm here. Try them out! You won't be disappointed.

First time visiting this place. I actually liked it. The kitchen was visible and clean. I loved that they had a lot of sauces. That's a plus. The food was quickly ready as soon as I filled my drink and sat down.Food: 4/5

I placed an order online which was handled efficiently. They have a smooth process there. My issue is with the food quality. This is the 2nd time I purchased a whole brisket (6lbs) and it was overcooked and dried out. About 2-3 inches of the edges were so hard they couldn 't be eaten at all. This is very disappointing as each time I ordered this was for an event at my home where the brisket was the main course. The brisket could not been eaten without drowning it in sauce to make it edible. I did call to complain and was offered cash to a rewards acct for future purchases. I don 't have an acct and won 't be setting one up as I won 't be making any future purchases after now being out of $300 for 2 briskets that were barely edible. Beyond that all I got was Sorry, and thanks for letting us know . I hope this feedback is helpful to others looking to purchase a whole brisket. You 'll spend time apologizing to your guests, and using lots of dental floss as the meat is so dry that it gets caught up in your teeth. I 'll be taking my business elsewhere.
