We had to wait for a table and finally had to force the issue. The door person wanted us to wait until a large family finally left and their table was bussed. There were only two in our party. Then we had to ask to be seated at a table that had an actual light over it so we could read the menus. View all feedback.
What Opal Grimes doesn't like about Chili's Bar & Grill:
If I could give this place a 0, I would. Walked in, servers can’t figure out who’s going to seat us. Get seated, husband got his beer after about 10 minutes, I never did get one. Everything I asked for, they were out of. Meanwhile, other employees just sat around and watched. Draft beer not working. Heard several others ask for items they were out of. After 20 minutes and still no drink, we left. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! View all feedback.
I got seated by host and she explained to me someone would be right with me. So about 5 minutes later a group of 3 came in and got seated. Next thing you know the waitress starts asking them about drinks and their order. By this time I was dehydrated from just walking around the mall and my feelings were hurt. I spoke with the host and told her I would like to speak with manager. He eventually came out and could definitely use some management training because he didn’t even play it off with no sympathy when I told him the story. He basically asked what was I ordering and walked off. The slider burgers were pink and I never requested that. They were not that busy for a Saturday night either so that’s no excuse. Totally disappointed.

If it were possible I would give a negative 5 star review. I met some friends at this location for lunch. Placed an order off the lunch menu for 9. When it arrived instead of chips and salsa there were rice and beans. Since I would not be eating any of it I didn't think anything thing about it guess I'm naive I try to keep to a low carb diet for health reasons anyway when we were checking out I noticed the bill was wrong. 17. Called the waitress over. She changed it, but it was still incorrect. 12. She tried saying she had to charge for a full size salad since that was what I got. I didn't eat half of it as some of the greens were wilted I asked for the manager and he acted as if I were in the wrong. He asked Didn't I notice the salad was a large one and not small? Actually no I didn't as this is the first time I've been to chilli's in about 5 years. The manage was not listening and in my view unprofessional. There is more to the story but I will skip some of the details. After about 15 minutes I finally got a properly adjusted bill. I paid with cash and after having to ask for my change of .26 and waiting another 5 minutes I got it in pennies. I will not be back. To add insult to injury I tried calling the Main office in TX to speak to someone in the complaints dept. There was NO answer I guess customer service is non existent, No wonder the management is so bad
Everytime we go, the doors are locked even though it says it's open and only serving groups under 6 people. We have stopped trying to eat here
I am not one to typically write an evaluation, let alone a bad evaluation, but my experience was less than optimal. my man, my son, and I went to this chili on a Sunday night. our server were both very nice and personal, but management was very much the opposite. we ordered our food and when my salat came out, it had not all the ingredients that it claims to be with. Additionally, my salat chicken brother had instead of the grilled chicken I did not ask. I said that the salat was not present to me what I ordered. instead of making the repair, the team member told the manager and the manager (benji) came back to our table with the wrong salat and the menu and instead of asking what was wrong with my order or how it had to be repaired, he accused me not to know what I ordered and tried to show me the menu to prove wrong. (mind you, I ordered this exact salat before) I read the menu back to him and again said that the items were wrong and he then tried to justify it and place the salat before me. no excuse. no immediate corrections or measures taken. I felt bad and said it was good and instead just took the salat as it is and insisted that it wasn't a big thing when he left the table I sat there crying and feeling attacked. the salat was later composed by our bill, which is good, I think, but I would rather have paid for my food and had a pleasant meal and a little respect, instead of screaming with food and left because the management does not know how to act as respectable adult.
