Chili's Bar & Grill - Charlotte

I am not one to typically write an evaluation, let alone a bad evaluation, but my experience was less than optimal. my man, my son, and I went to this chili on a Sunday night. our server were both very nice and personal, but management was very much the opposite. we ordered our food and when my salat came out, it had not all the ingredients that it claims to be with. Additionally, my salat chicken brother had instead of the grilled chicken I did not ask. I said that the salat was not present to me what I ordered. instead of making the repair, the team member told the manager and the manager (benji) came back to our table with the wrong salat and the menu and instead of asking what was wrong with my order or how it had to be repaired, he accused me not to know what I ordered and tried to show me the menu to prove wrong. (mind you, I ordered this exact salat before) I read the menu back to him and again said that the items were wrong and he then tried to justify it and place the salat before me. no excuse. no immediate corrections or measures taken. I felt bad and said it was good and instead just took the salat as it is and insisted that it wasn't a big thing when he left the table I sat there crying and feeling attacked. the salat was later composed by our bill, which is good, I think, but I would rather have paid for my food and had a pleasant meal and a little respect, instead of screaming with food and left because the management does not know how to act as respectable adult.

The waitress was very nice, even if they had closed early cuz, they had only two server in the restaurant, but I did another drink, but the barkeeper left. I ordered a hamburger and the hamburger was very good, the riders were very good, the drinks were good, so I want another drink, but as I said the barkeeper was gone. I don't think the bartender should go until the customers are out of the restaurant.

Order burger, fries, drinking and wings. the job was super fast and they brought him to my car. that was hot and everything was delicious. the chipotle wings were huge and good amount of sauce. from the container, so big! definitely highly recommend service and eat. Food: 5/5

This place is a complete chaos. the service is terrible. I am here on Sunday at 5:30 a.m. for dinner and all their dining areas are closed! only the bar is open! getting a beer in the bar is a choir for them.

We had to wait for a table and finally had to force the issue. The door person wanted us to wait until a large family finally left and their table was bussed. There were only two in our party. Then we had to ask to be seated at a table that had an actual light over it so we could read the menus.
