Cava - Charlotte

Just order them here if they want their order wrong, they want a small portion size, or want plastic in your bowl. I love cava, but hate this place. I think it's a demand to work here carefree.

Cava is already my favourite place to imagine how happy I was to see an opening near me and invited to the soft opening for a free meal (bakeney, charlotte, nc) which I did not expect was the line from the door and the workers smile and smuggl away. the manager, key, was so energetic and hypt the people in the line and the people cheating for his personal. so they manage a large opening crowd. many thanks for the delicious free meal and fun evening. will be much again!

Order b app for collection and they do not have my food or order in the computer. fortunately, the employees were super nice and quick again the order and cori even gave me a free drink for my problems. excellent service! and eating is fantastic as always!

This place is terrible! save them their time money do not go to park rd location! not order online!? are they literally? with hard food very hard lenses they know that no pita brot that comes with the order always comes out of avocados eating stinking as if the green old meat overcooked!!!! I have at cava many male bcus from my job eaten location I need to grab quik, but healthy food cava was 4sure my pik on 1. I am a healthy eater! it started so well, then they started not to care for the food from my own! I then switched to place to eat another bummer!? the server does not care how to eat that they stack like a doggyplate where they rush to order in the park rd location ! Maybe they were desperate a set pandemic work for young children? it seems that they are not satisfied there for a payment check the customers with appetitesssen! tim joy was rude. after I complained about eating, said tim after lunch with him coming back, he is bz lol it is ok tim my reveiw will help others b4 they spoil bad terrible food from their operation! big day!

Food was ok. As compared to the university location, this location does not seem to follow Cava standards. Pita is only served when someone asks for it and that too cold. If the bowl includes pita, why does the customer need to ask for it. One of the servers is always in a hurry to serve food/dips and close the lid even when there is hardly any line. I don't understand the hurry. Customers should be given the time to select and choose. University location is a great example of service and quality of Cava.
