Burger King - Charlotte

I visited the restaurant at 9pm on a Wednesday. The lady working at the drive-through was very kind and patient, displaying a high level of professionalism. Her pleasant demeanor made my evening even better. I regret not getting her name.

Have it your Way is finally back! Ever since they remodeled this Burger King it tastes like I 'm almost back in the 90 's except the meat you can tell was frozen and precharred. Presentation was off with the NEW Double Whopper Junior aka $5 Big Meal, however it tasted AMAZING! The chicken nuggets are so thin now, but the crunch was there. The onion rings were on point! Everything came out fresh! Delicious! This was during lunch rush as well! Great Customer Service too! P.S.That first bite had the sauce drip it was so PHENOMENAL!

Pleasantly surprised. It was very clean. Food was hot and fresh. Associateswere super friendly. Soda machine was down but. It was a great experience. Ill be back .

I visited this store on 8/12 around 9pm. My food was hot and fresh. But the woman taking the orders and the young lady packing the orders was rude. The woman taking the orders seem as if she was just ready to go. And the young lady packing(had an attitude about bbq sauce)seem as if she didn't want to be there at all. The guy handing out food was kind. Customer service deserves a one .

The woman taking my order was extremely rude when I ordered their burrito. She let me know they don’t carry it anymore and listed off all the things they no longer had. When I asked her to repeat herself because I wasn’t sure about something she gave me attitude. When I got to the pay window she looked annoyed. I just took a bite of my croissant and the sausage is burnt. I looked at the one I was dropping off to my husband and it was identical.
