Skip this bww, they’re ALWAYS having staff issues. Long wait times (1hr just to get mediocre service and food that seems to have been cooked the day prior. Needs better management, would not recommend this location! A message to the owner what are you doing about this for a resolution exactly? Our group of Veterans decided to have lunch there because of the restaurant's generosity towards Veterans. Our server, Brook, was absolutely fantastic. She informed us that lunch and a soft drink were complimentary as a token of appreciation for our military service. In addition, another couple at a nearby table kindly offered to cover any additional items not included in the restaurant's generous offer. We were treated with great kindness by both the staff and other customers. Thank you Buffalo Wild Wings, you truly made our day.
We have visited this BWW several times in the past. During our previous visit, we had a young waitress who did not engage in conversation. Although I was hesitant to return, we were craving wings so we decided to give it another try. This time, our experience was completely different. Ken, who reminded us of Ken from Barbie, made our dining experience enjoyable. He knew exactly what to say and when to clear our plates. His personality was amazing and he brought a lot of positive energy to the establishment. All staff should receive training from him. Thanks to Ken, we will now be regular customers, but only when he is working. If he is not already in a management position, he should be considered for one. Service was excellent.
