Wow! First time ever trying their tenders. I can just eat the tenders and call it a meal. As always I love their creamed spinach. Also received a brownie with our meal. It was so good with extra chocolate. Thank You Boston Market for making our dinner delightful. View all feedback.

This restaurant needs to be removed from all online service listings. Could not place an online order, would not answer the phone. My family has always used this location so I drove down to the store. They appear to be closed down. I was super hungry so I had received an order for online waiting for 20 minutes. I just went there for 25 minutes. My meal was not prepared at all. They weren't busy at all. Two cars in the drive threw me up inside. Watch how the guy prepares my potatoes with a GLOVES. His fingers came into my mash potatoes as he processed to throw it out wash his hands and get gloves. Finally, when he prepared the order... I see another woman doing the same. It was very dirty at this point. Wouldn't you leave?
Unfortunately I have to give a star to leave this review, otherwise I wouldn't give a rating. This location, Chancellor St. in Charlotte, NC has been off since COVID so it's really my fault for even coming back. I also should have known when it tool a minute for a response at the drive through. It took 10 minutes b4 I went inside ro ask for my back....by the way, there were no customers so why did it take that long? It took anot
The food was decent. I personally prefer to dine in, but the lobby wasn't currently open. needs an update). Nice to still have a healthier option when you don't want to cook. Service was timely ; food was fast seasoned well. Nothing bad to say

There were only two people working! The food was fabulous, and they were very nice, but the dining room was a mess. The trash was piled so high that customers were setting it on the drink bar counter. The tables were dirty.
