The experience was just okay. I expected the staff to be more helpful, especially for newcomers. I wanted to sample the chili to better understand the flavors, but ultimately, I won't be returning. If you're not satisfied, there's no guarantee of a refund.

One more. Food delish! Just check your order before u leave to ensure accuracy. I didn't want cheese on my burger and I got it anyway, and another time I wanted pickles, but close, they weren't on it. Otherwise it's a jewel.

I never had a bad experience here and the food is always excellent, but yesterday I placed a Uber Eats order and canceled it within 30 seconds, but she and Uber refused to repay my money. That's basically theft. I'll never eat here again.

I ordered the 12-piece Buffalo wings but they incorrectly added lemon pepper instead. The chicken had no buffalo sauce and was very dry. I spent a lot of money there, and when I brought the chicken back to point out the issue, instead of apologizing and trying to make things right, they questioned why there was no sauce on them. Rather than offering a better solution, they chose to argue about it. So, I decided to leave the wings there and told them not to worry about it.

I'm hooked. I don't know what took me so long to find this place. Classic old school options. Delicious. Incredible prices and value. We will be back, likely tomorrow, and the next day. UPDATE: I DID go back the next day, and it was just as good. (My boss also loved his chicken Philly pita)
