I guess amelies late hours. I wish that more places were opened late in charlotte. their pastries are good, although a bit overpriced. they love the big dining room. but they could make it less bright, feels like cafeteria lighting. when we went there was only one person who helps people with baked goods, and another person who is annoyingly waiting to ring the people. the line is ridiculously slow. Treated very rudely. Honestly, it just looks like a lot of artificial colors anyway. When treated with disrespect, I choose to spend my money elsewhere.
If my husband I hadn’t been so excited to eat the sandwiches pastries we ordered then we would have thought to take some photos…next time. The roast beef caramelized onion sandwich on a baguette was awesome! Creme brûlée fruit tarts were amazing! Alana is the best!!
I cannot say enough great things about this place!!!My wife has celiac and they had GREAT gluten free pastry options! We tried one of each flavor of their macaroons and they were simply incredible!We also tried a latte and a lemonade. Both drinks were exceptional!Long story short, if you are anywhere near NoDa, give this place a try!
Delicious!! Really nice place for tasty desserts. It’s great if you want light breakfast Sandwiches with a cup of coffee. Build your own sandwich is a great option they have. Try the mixed berry, the key lime tarts, and espresso entremetThis place is also great for photographers. Delicious pastries and breakfast sandwiches. here for brunch on vatertag and we were all very satisfied with the butter croissants and delicious pastries!
