Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant offers good service and ambiance, but the Cuban dishes lack authenticity, with some items not meeting expectations. The quality of the food varied, with some dishes being excellent while others were disappointing. The limited menu on special occasions can lead to disappointment for guests. Some issues included overcooked food, not having menu items available, and charging additional fees for credit card payments. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was enjoyable, featuring live music and dancing. Overall, the restaurant has potential, and some customers plan to return in hopes of a better experience next time.
Great food, great service, fun atmosphere! We will definitely be back.
I'm Puertorican and the Cuban food at this restaurant is FANTASTIC!
Food was very good, pork was a little fatty, but the flavor was good. Empanadas and beef were fantastic. Sangria was good. Live music was good, but so loud. I would have stayed longer if I didn't have ringing in my ears. Not a turn off at all, but you should know.
All Nice Camila does a very good job always attentive to customers
This is my second Cuban restaurant experience in Charlotte and I can’t believe it has taken me so long to visit! The service was amazing!! The red snapper!! I am from an island and the seasonings on that fish!!! Highly recommended!! Every appetizer was excellent!! The Tostones trios and the yuca cheese balls were to die for!!! Every dish was amazing the drinks!!!!???? Amazing mojitos!!! And please don’t leave without a cortadito it’s a little bigger than you will usually get but it was amazing!! And of course the music!!!!! The staff were all so friendly and our waitress Yoselyn was very attentive and accommodating!!!!! We will definitely be back
