Freshly baked rolls are made daily and placed on the table to enjoy - so fresh! Darlene and the whole staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful towards all patrons. By and large the food was good (i had ttje seafood casserole which was a tad too salty in my opinion). All other meals in our group were good. The...fries were excellent. The server (a young woman from Belledune) was most pleasant and very efficient.

The service was good considering it was a busy Friday evening with a lot of diners. One had ribs which he described as being excellent. Two had a...seafood casserole and both proclaimed it as being really good. The portion was large as well. One had the filet mignonette special which he devoured with great gusto. 3 others had chicken and none left any on their plate. My partner had a wonderful feed of deep fried scallops (which I gladly sampled) and I had what seemed to be a humongous feed of deep fried whole belly clams served with more fries than I could possible eat. All came with a Huge roll and plenty of butter. Another good meal at La Source.

It's an adorable little bed and breakfast. I’ve dined here for work lunches and the fixed menu was delightful—the seafood linguini was especially amazing. They don't offer dinner for one or two guests, but if you're planning to dine with a larger group, whether for work or family, the dining area and ballroom are lovely, and the food is exceptional.

There was a wedding taking place during my stay, and unfortunately, the sea view room I had reserved was taken. They provided me with a different room, which I didn't let bother me too much, but it would have been nice to enjoy the sea view, especially since I traveled quite a distance to get here. Overall, if I lived in the area, I would definitely consider having my wedding there too!

This venue bec... read more We recently visited Stewart House for a wedding. While we didn't spend the night, some of my family members did, and they had a great experience. This venue became the focal point of our week, and we often returned to enjoy its charm. The views of the water were stunning, and the gardens and property were beautifully maintained. Dawn, who was friendly and accommodating, added to the welcoming atmosphere, even though we were quite the lively group. The house exuded coziness and truly felt like home. I would highly recommend Stewart House to anyone visiting the area.
