What User likes about Hotel Corones:
The Corones is a beautiful old hotel with great character. Lead light windows, pressed metal ceilings and the dining room features photos dating back to the 1800s. Will be great to see it fully restored by the new owners. Very charming. Called in for dinner on a Sunday night. At first we were the only diners but it soon started to fill. The building and its history is worth a look. Unfortunately the food is overpriced and either very plain or not very nice. My barramundi, costing around $28, was terrible and tasted like dirt, with the most plain vegetables and some kind of tinned canned fruit blended up for a topping.
