Absolute rude service. I just sat in the drive thru line waiting at the speaker with no one in front. No one said anything for 3—4 minutes, so I pulled forward. Cold food, Double stack instead of Dave's Double. Terrible place don't eat here. Especially after 5pm and Saturday and Sunday also.
The employee they have at the drive-thru today 10-29-22 was conducive to me not giving my business with this company today. I don't think I've ever been treated like the bad guy ordering food from a restaurant. They tried to rush me through my order and then got an attitude with me because I didn't want to make it a combo. And then persisted to talk to me like I wasn't a customer. If I could give a lesser review star rating I would. The lack of management was quite apparent.
Love the food but drive through needs improvement to speed up.
On the day I went the team was fast, professional and my food was hot.
