Nestled in Charleston, this cozy family-owned bar and grill serves generous portions of homemade comfort food, daily specials and a few vegetarian choices. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, easy/free parking and delivery options. Experiences vary, however: short staffing can cause slow or inattentive service, and occasional cold or undercooked dishes have been reported. Popular for brunch and casual dinners, it’s worth a visit when you have time to relax but not ideal if you’re in a hurry.

This is the best food spot in Charleston! B&G is amazing, and they have the best pancakes I've ever had—far better than Denny's!

We ordered the pork chop dinner, and it was fantastic! We'll definitely be spreading the word to our friends. Rating: 5/5 for the food!

The food on the menu is great. I give four stars because like most other places the menu is very limited for those with food restrictions for health reasons. Otherwise a great place and have been going there for many years (It was What's Cookin'before) after church and to meet with friends.????

We came across this place while actually looking for a different bar and grill and are glad we did. The food was excellent and the service was good. We had a pulled pork combo and a salmon combo, which came with 2 sides, all for $33. The portions wereway bigger than we expected. The only reason I gave the service a for was because she forgot to give us our appetizers. Shedid a very good job otherwise. We would definitely go back.
