Trivillian's Pharmacy And Soda Fountain

Today for lunch, I visited Trivillian's Pharmacy and Soda Fountain. I ordered the Bacon-Cheddar Burger, while my uncle had their hot dogs. We both enjoyed their fries, and everything was perfect! Surprisingly, this might be one of the best burgers I've had in Charleston, especially paired with the fries. I also love the interior; it has a charming vibe from the 1940s and 50s. I had only dined here once before, so long ago that I could hardly remember it. It felt almost like experiencing it for the first time again. I returned the next day and tried their egg salad sandwich, which was fantastic. Am I coming back often? Absolutely!

I would like to commend Cassi, the pharmacy technician, for the excellent service she provides regarding active ingredient medications, especially during a time when some ingredients are hard to find. She consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers. Additionally, I want to give a shout-out to the woman at the counter who prepared an old fashioned for me the other day—it was fantastic!

I used to love this place for its amazing grills, hot dogs, and milkshakes, but ever since the new owners took over, everything has changed. They decided to replace the grills and switched to pre-made milkshakes, which is such a disappointment. I used to visit several times a week, but now I only go maybe once or twice a year.

Terrible customer service. spent $80 for the medicine for my guinea pig and it took so long that he ended. went to get medicine for my other guinea pig and they were a few hours late with the medicine. when we seemed frustrated and went home, we were boiled before other Sodabrunnen customers. terrible service and terrible overpriced for quality and time management.

This used to be one of my favorite places to get a treat, and was worth the chooser every so often. But no longer so. The quality of the food has dropped significantly, the milkshakes no longer have good flavour, everything about my recent visit was not worth the inflated price I paid for it. The only plus is the people are still nice.
