The highlights: The oysters were truly remarkable and worth every penny; they were undoubtedly among the best I've had in quite a while. Additionally, there was a delightful selection to choose from. The service was friendly, and the ambiance was both striking and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised not to have to wait more than 15 minutes for a seat at the bar, despite not having made a reservation.

Delightful waitstaff! Beautiful ambience! Delicious food!!
I was in town for a work conference and it so happened to be National Oyster Day and I'm glad they had both baked and raw options. My server Jorge was very friendly and introduced to the baked Alabama White Sauce Bacon Oysters and the Pimento Sourdough Soppers. I enjoyed them both along with a perfect crafted Darling Fashioned made from the bar!
Our favorite dining experience in Charleston. The best shrimp cocktail on the planet. Always fresh and delicious oysters. A lobster roll that is simple and amazing. We have never had a bad experience at Darling.
Good food and good service. We would come back again.
