Stones Throw Tavern - Charleston

Warm beer. High prices. Awful food. Got charged an extra buck for a to go order. Only thing keeping this place alive is the fact that they have servers and bartenders that actually care. And that's why you'll never see the same bartenders or servers there the next time you stop in, because management doesn't care. Only interested in ripping off the customer to pay for their alcoholism. Sad.

Rdered food to go. The lowest quality of food I've eaten in 30 years of working in the Industry...genuinely surprised at the quality. Like. The worste Tysons chicken from a grocery store shames this food...like..wow..make the smallest effort to serve something above the worste frozen food...have ok.rating on the atmosphere and service as it's not what I'm rating. I'm judging the GM or owner who approves this trash. I've had that job...this is on them and their lack of effort or care. Just wanted to give a heads to anyone thinking of ordering food from here...

DO NOT EAT OR WORK HEREThe food is disgusting and the management is horrible.Food comes out cold, roaches have been seen n the kitchen along with black mold. Any cheese has been solid and cold.The servers are great, but management makes sure they make no money by scheduling too many people. Your server is lucky to walk out with $50 in a 8 hour shift.Save your money and skip this place!!

Food isn’t consistent. Last Sunday was excellent and today subpar. Steak bites are not grilled and smell bad mixed in the sauce, green beans way overcooked, and mac n cheese blah. Must be different chefs. Should have waited until Sunday to order.

Sadly, we just had bad experience. Sign read seat yourself. It 's 820. Friday night. They are understaffed. Tables were being cleaned off. A waitress ran from questioning twice. Frazzled would be an understatement. Just don 't.
