However, others praised the excellent service and delicious food, especially during special events such as Restaurant Week. Overall, the general consensus seems to be that the establishment is a pleasant surprise for a hotel lobby restaurant, with potential for improvement in terms of service efficiency and consistency. Customers appreciated the convenient location and enjoyable dining experience, despite some minor issues. The general atmosphere seemed to be favorable, making it a viable option for locals and visitors alike.
Great service, geat food, great prices! Staff was very accommodating.
Food was mediocre. Service was awesome. It was relatively empty. Table was sticky.
Food good. Slow service. Loud noise from bar which is open to restaurant.
It was one of the only restaurants open for 6 people when we looked. Now I know why. It's not a bad place and the food was fine, just not a destination if you're looking for an experience.
It was horrible. When we walked in we had to wait about 15 mins for a host to show up. We had reservations made for 11. It wasn’t even that busy. Then we were given menus and were told there was a buffet. Most of us wanted the breakfast buffet but some wanted to order off the menu. Well the waiter never came back to take our order. So we all ate the buffet. We also had two young kids. We were given crayon packs but no paper for them to color on. Then I asked for drinks for the kids right away and it took over 20 mins to get them. Will never do that again!
