What William R doesn't like about Rappahannock Oyster:
Visited on a Tuesday early afternoon. We live in the immediate area. Not many customers but service was very mediocre and one of our dishes never arrived. The bartende gave a very half-hearted apology that was almost worse than saying nothing. The waitstaff seemed more interested in talking to each other than seeing if we needed anything (2 of us were sitting at the bar; there were 3 other customers there). Fish cook... View all feedback.
