What impressed me about this subshop is the service. Today. You don't get a service. But I was surprised by the commitment for those looking for a sandwich. The manager seemed to train someone. And hey, it was cool. The help was kind, seems checked in. And that, my friends were very cool. Firehouse is a national chain. It has a theme. But it's really good. With steamed meat. It works. Delicious lower parts. Quick, fresh, friendly. Cajun chicken on wheat is my jam. Miss vickies jalapeno chips. Raspberry light lemonade. Stay fired, my friends.
What really stood out to me about this sub shop was the service. It's rare to find good service these days, but I was pleasantly surprised by the dedication of the staff here. The manager appeared to be training someone, and that added a nice touch to the experience. The employees were friendly and seemed genuinely engaged, which was fantastic. Firehouse is a national chain with a theme, and they do a great job. Their steamed meats are impressive and really make the sandwiches stand out. This is definitely a place that first responders can be proud of. Overall, Firehouse is quite good!
I had a delicious sandwich! The staff working today really made a difference. It was great to see a good number of employees on duty, as this place is usually understaffed. This made for a really enjoyable experience. It was a relaxed and easygoing atmosphere, very pleasant overall. Keep up the great work!
However, I ordered my sandwich with gluten-free bread, and it turns out you were out, which is understandable. What wasn't acceptable was that an employee used regular bread without informing me. Fortunately, I have enough experience with gluten-free options to recognize that what I received was not gluten-free. It’s important to emphasize that using wheat bread in place of white bread is completely different from substituting gluten-free bread. I urge you to inform your staff about this distinction. Many people view gluten-free dining as a trend, but for some of us, it’s essential.
