Mcdonald's - Charleston

I would advise against using the online ordering option at this McDonald's. After waiting an hour, my wife was informed that they didn't have time to fulfill our order. This location has consistently been one of the worst I've experienced. I plan to go to other restaurants instead. And no, the recent renovations did nothing to improve the service.

Let's just head to the car and not say anything to the people waiting. I've waited 20 minutes for an answer. This is the longest wait I've ever experienced, and the food quality is terrible. I guess this is what McDonald's aims for. It's unfortunate that those of us traveling for work have to deal with an uninformed McDonald's employee.

We typically visit during lunchtime, and the food has always been fresh and hot. Although the drive-thru line was long, it moved quickly.

Only McDonalds on Savannah Hwy, Charleston. Car line almost in the highway, so I went in. Lady behind the back-up too many people in here. Customers in the lobby had not waited. It was a mess. I know about Covid, the times are different. But this place must make some changes. People go without waiting. Customers in cars depart. I'll find another restaurant to spend my money.
