Ladles Soups James Island - Charleston

No she crab?!? Been going here forever. Everything is good. It?s a great option for something other than fast food. Unfortunately though, Ladles just isn?t Ladles without the she crab soup. It?s the primary reason we go there. No she crab soup Sunday-Thursday and out by 4 o?clock on Friday? Four stars because I know it?s still great and I hope things will get back to normal.

I first visited Ladles after receiving a kidney transplant in May 2020. They were indeed on a list of places that the transplantation team admitted to post-transplant patients, so I thought... what the duck, we'll try. I'm so glad we did it. From the moment we dropped, Ladles has become one of my favorite places in Charleston. Every time we are in town, we drive there for some of the best soups/sandwiches we had. Now is my favorite of the club with turkey chili. They offer several sub-options. The soup is always fresh, tasteful and piping hot. She service is also wonderful. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. Great place to dine!

We love their great soup selections. I had the turkey chili that was nice and spicy and great flavor. The salads are large and filling. Bathrooms were clean, which is a good indication to how clean the kitchen is. We will be back.

I ate Greek lemon chicken soup and strawberry mozzarella salad on this my second time here. I think the the staff is terrific at helping customer make informed healthy choices, the prices are low, and the food is spectacular! Hot weather and delicious warm soup in an air conditioned setting with a cold salad. Heaven on earth today! I recommend this location near Folly Beach, Janes Island. They have a pick up window if you order out.

I love their Lemon Greek chicken soup. Lunch time is always busy, however you can call ahead and pickup at the window or inside. I use their loyalty program to gather points towards discounted meals. They offer a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches.
