Let me explain: it seems... read more I ordered a Famous Bowl without gravy at the drive-thru, and there were no other customers around. It’s hard to believe this happened! Let me explain: it seems like the staff was just being lazy. I understand why they’re working in fast food; it must be too difficult for them to grab a spoon and add some gravy to a bowl. It’s really disappointing to see that the future seems to lack the motivation to provide great service. It’s so simple—just four ingredients to put in a bowl, and they forget the most important part!

When I approached the register to ask about it, the girl in the back started insisting that she had placed it on the tray. That was not the case; it would have been easy for her to come to our table and see that we didn't receive it. Fortunately, one of the guys helped us and sorted it out.

I was on my way home from a long trip, and the food was comforting, as close to home cooked as you'll get from fast food.
